It is stretchy polyester, and the fabric will hold up! Ok, the big armholes thing is REAL, folks. In my size 3, the dress looks GREAT with a cardigan, but the armhole goes down below my braline. However: TIP! If you have a sewing machine, if you pinch an inch on each side at the side seam, and sew in a diagonal down to the waistline (so the skirt does not bunch/pleat and will still lay flat.... you sew a diagonal from the inch-pinched arm-scythe down to meet the original seam at the waistline) It takes 5 minutes and does WONDERS for the shape of the top, even if you are big busted like me! Its a really easy fix and does not add any noticeable bulk to the top of the dress. This way I can wear it with a cardigan or take the cardigan off and still feel confident I'm not giving a weird armpit show. Seriously... I love the shape, I love the hang, I love that it is cool, I love that is modest.... as a big busted lady it is hard to find tops where I am not showing TONS of cleavage. Its a big, beautiful, bouncy curse, ya'll! So this is perfect for work, interviews, church, holidays at the in-laws... anywhere were you want to look great, and not have to worry about necklines. Its fun, its flirty, and its fabulous! BUY IT!

This is a great dress to dress up with a pair of heels and a cardigan or go for an edgier look with fishnets and some boots. I'm looking forward to wearing it to work, or to a girls night out (once it's safe to do so). Would also wear this on a date or maybe to a concert, it really is a dress that translates well to any sort of event you can imagine, depending on how you style it. Purchased it in a 1, and I am a size 1 in Torrid clothes, I know some people have said it runs a little big in the arm pit area, which it does fall a touch under the bra band, but I'm not running around with my arms up to care about it too much.

But then my husband said I should have it and I caved. I am a sucker for this neckline. The cross in the front really gives this dress an updated feel. So now I'm love with yet another black and white polka dot dress. Buy it. It's great.

I love the weight of the material, the way it sits on the body, the lines are really flattering. I wish the horizontal black line sat a little lower, but that's likely a thing I'd have to take up with my own boob size and not the design. I honestly wish this dress was available in at least 5 other patterns/colors, because I'd fill my closet with them all.
